Sessions take place at a professional Muay Thai training facility in Soi Taied, Phuket, a road known worldwide as the heartbeat of combat sports in Southeast Asia. The trainers are professional Thai fighters who have competed at national level. You will learn from the best.
Equipment is available at the gym, but since sessions are shared with many fighters, we strongly recommend bringing your own gloves, wraps, and shin guards, or pick them up when you arrive. You'll find gear shops everywhere in Phuket, at unbeatable prices.

Absolutely not. Most women who join Enimsay have never trained before. The coaches are experienced at working with complete beginners and the training is paced to meet you where you are. By day 10, you'll be doing things you couldn't imagine on day 1.
Yes, and most women come alone. The whole retreat is designed to make solo travel easy. From the moment you land, there's an airport pickup. You'll have 11 other women and Enimsay with you for the entire 10 days. By day 2, it genuinely feels like you've known everyone for years.
All fitness levels are welcome. The training is challenging but every session is coached and adapted to your level. There's a rest day, a spa day, and a yoga day built in. You don't need to be an athlete. You just need to be willing to try.
Yes. Let us know when you submit your application and we will accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary requirements. Thailand has incredible options for all diets.
Light summer clothing, swimwear, and sports gear for training. All training equipment (gloves, wraps, shin guards) is provided at the gym. Phuket is hot and humid year-round, so pack light fabrics. A full packing list is sent after you book.
An $800 deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance of $1,300 is due 3 months before your retreat date. If you cancel more than 3 months before your retreat date, you receive a full refund of the balance paid. Under 3 months: no refund, but we will work with you to transfer your spot if possible.
Most nationalities receive a free 30-day visa on arrival in Thailand. We recommend checking the latest requirements for your passport well in advance. Once you're booked, we'll send you a pre-travel guide that covers everything you need.
Yes. Travel insurance is a requirement to join the retreat. We recommend a policy that covers adventure sports (Muay Thai) and medical evacuation. We'll send you guidance on what to look for once you've confirmed your spot.
Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit and any payments made cannot be returned. Please make sure you are fully committed before booking your spot. If the retreat is cancelled on our end for any reason, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Your full balance must be settled 3 months before your retreat date. Miss that deadline and your spot will be released. We will send you a reminder so you don't forget.
Your passport must be valid until at least June 4th, 2027, that's six months after the retreat ends. Please check this before booking. Visa requirements for Thailand vary by country and are your own responsibility. When in doubt, check early.
